Aunt Michelle's Amazing Tomato Bisque

Purée in blender: 
• 3 - 15oz cans diced tomatoes.
• a handful of fresh basil, loosely chopped

• 1 purple onion, diced
• garlic salt, a few shakes

In large soup pot melt slowly over the stove:
• 2 blocks of cream cheese
• 1/2 cube butter 

Slowly add puree to melted cheese/butter mixture. Stir until hot and well mixed. Viola! Super easy and delicious!!
